Athletico is hiring a Patient Experience Coordinator to ensure accurate patient intake and financial clearance, delivering an exceptional front-office experience. You will collaborate with clinical teams, support revenue cycle, and maintain data integrity using EMR systems and dashboards.

Responsibilities include patient registration, educating on payment options, processing payments, and coordinating scheduling to optimize access while meeting KPIs.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a high-volume, patient-facing setting.
• Experience with patient intake, eligibility checks, and insurance verification preferred.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare privacy requirements.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and provide a warm front-office experience.
• Complete patient intake/registration with accuracy and compliance.
• Educate patients on financial responsibilities and payment options.
• Process time-of-service payments and help meet collection targets.
• Coordinate scheduling and support revenue cycle performance.
• Use EMR/Dashboard tools to monitor KPIs and accuracy.
