Shaw Industries Group, Inc. is seeking a Technical Support Representative for both commercial and residential flooring lines. This remote role requires 60-80% travel to job sites during the week and strong problem-solving and installation skills.

Ideal candidates will have hands-on flooring experience, excellent communication, and the ability to train and support sales reps and field personnel. Willingness to travel by car and air is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 5 years of commercial flooring installation experience.
• Excellent written and spoken communication with customers, installers, and partners.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical support on product, installation, and performance to customers and sales reps.
• Coordinate field projects and start-ups; inspect and document outcomes.
• Analyze field issues and recommend corrective actions; demonstrate solutions when needed.
• Participate in training events and product installations for customers and reps.
• Coordinate travel and schedule appointments with customers; adhere to Shaw procedures.
• Assist R&D and QA with tests and new product development.
• Identify local resources to support field service.
• Support sub-teams with product knowledge across Shaw’s flooring lines.
