Qualifications

• Comfort coordinating with sales, contractors and customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support on product, installation, and performance for customers and sales reps.
• Support business on job starts and field projects with inspection reports and recommendations.
• Document inspection results, product reviews, and related reports promptly.
• Train and cross-train Field Tech Reps on installation methods and products.
• Coordinate travel, schedule appointments, and follow Shaw procedures.
• Assist R&D and QA in developing new products and test installations.
• Identify local resources to support field service efforts.
