Job summary

TKC Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Field Support Technician to travel to customer locations and repair proprietary equipment including kiosks, PCs, networking gear and vending machines within correctional facilities.

You will support the Service Desk and collaborate with regional staff to perform preventative maintenance and on-site repairs. The role requires the ability to read technical materials, write reports, and communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or tech school, or 6 months to 1 year related experience.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures or governmental regulations.
• Ability to write reports and business correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, test, repair and replace kiosks, PCs, vending machines, networking equipment, and other IT gear in jails and prisons.
• Coordinate with Service Desk and regional staff for maintenance and updates.
• Travel using company vehicle to customer sites within the service area.
