TKC Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Field Support Technician to travel to customer sites in its service area and repair proprietary equipment, including kiosks, PCs, networking gear, and vending machines.

You will work with the Service Desk and regional staff to diagnose issues, perform preventive maintenance, and keep accurate Work Orders. A valid Associate's degree or equivalent and strong communication skills are required; travel within the territory is expected.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school, or related experience.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures and regulations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with customers and colleagues.
• Proficient in networking diagnostics and repair of IT equipment.
• Willingness to travel within the service area and correctional facilities.

Responsabilités

• Repair kiosks, PCs, vending machines and networking gear at client sites.
• Coordinate with Service Desk and regional staff on issues and maintenance.
• Travel using the company vehicle within service territory.
• Update Work Orders with travel time, actions taken, and resolutions.
• Support training and learn new equipment as product offerings evolve.
• Travel to Saint Louis for hands-on training as needed.
