Zusammenfassung

TKC Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Field Support Technician to travel to customer locations within the service area and perform repair and maintenance on kiosks, PCs, vending machines, and networking equipment located in correctional facilities.

You will work with the Service Desk and regional staff to diagnose issues, perform preventative maintenance, and document work orders. Travel to Saint Louis for hands-on training may be required; excellent communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Associate's degree or equivalent.
• 6 months to 1 year related experience or training.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, journals, or regulations.
• Ability to write reports, correspondence, and procedures.
• Ability to present information to groups of managers, clients, and the public.
• Must have T-1 and analog circuit repair knowledge.
• Excellent working knowledge of multiple network disciplines and advanced diagnostics.

Aufgaben

• Travel to customer locations within the service area using provided company vehicle.
• Diagnose, test, repair, and replace kiosks, PCs, vending machines, and networking equipment in correctional facilities.
• Coordinate with Service Desk on preventative maintenance and walkthroughs.
• Update Work Orders with travel time, notes, and resolutions.
• Learn and adapt to new equipment and product offerings.
