TKC Holdings, Inc. — comprising Trinity Services Group, Keefe Group, and Courtesy Products — seeks a Field Support Technician to travel to customer sites, diagnose and repair proprietary equipment, and support service desks.

The role includes maintaining networking gear, kiosks, and vending systems at correctional facilities. The position requires an AA degree or equivalent (or related experience), strong communication, and the ability to work remotely with a travel-heavy schedule.

Competenze

• AA degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school, or 6 months to 1 year related experience.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business periodicals, technical procedures, or gov't regulations.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to present information effectively to groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public.
• Ability to work with mathematical concepts (probability, statistics, geometry, trig).
• Ability to apply fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations.
• Ability to solve practical problems with limited standardization.
• Ability to interpret instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
• Must have T-1 and analog circuit repair knowledge.
• Excellent working knowledge of multiple network disciplines and advanced diagnostics.

Mansioni

• Diagnose, test, repair and replace kiosks, PCs, vending machines, networking equipment, and other IT gear at facilities.
• Collaborate with Service Desk on preventative maintenance and walk-throughs.
• Travel via company car to customer locations within service area.
• Update Work Order with travel time, work notes and resolutions.
• Learn new equipment as product offerings evolve.
• Travel to Saint Louis for hands-on training as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
