Job summary

TKC Holdings, Inc.-comprised of Trinity Services Group, Keefe Group, and Courtesy Products - is a mid market leader in corrections and hospitality industries, seeking a Field Support Technician to travel to customer sites to repair proprietary equipment including kiosks, PCs, and vending machines within the service area.

The role requires strong communication, network and circuit repair skills, with the Service Desk coordinating incidents and remote support when possible.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
• Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry.
• Ability to travel to customer locations and work with facility personnel.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, test, repair and replace kiosks, PCs, vending machines, networking equipment, and other IT equipment located within Jails and Prisons.
• Work with Service Desk team on preventative maintenance and walk throughs.
• Use provided company car to travel to customer locations within service area.
• Update Work Order (WO) module with travel time, notes on work performed and WO resolution.
• Willingness to learn new equipment and components and our product offerings evolve.
• Travel into Saint Louis as needed for hands on training with equipment.
