Job summary

TKC Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Field Support Technician to travel to customer sites and repair proprietary IT equipment including kiosks, vending machines, and networking gear in correctional facilities.

The role involves coordinating with the Service Desk and regional staff to perform preventative maintenance and on-site support. The ideal candidate will have an Associate degree or equivalent, strong diagnostic skills, and the ability to travel within the service area.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent; 6 months to 1 year related experience or training.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business documents and regulations.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to present information effectively to managers, clients, and the public.
• Must have knowledge of T-1 and analog circuit repair.
• Strong network diagnostics and troubleshooting能力.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer locations within the service area to repair equipment.
• Diagnose, test, repair and replace kiosks, PCs, vending machines, and network gear.
• Coordinate with Service Desk and regional staff for maintenance and walk-throughs.
• Update Work Order with travel time, notes, and resolutions.
• Travel to Saint Louis for hands-on training as needed.
• Maintain professional relationships with facility personnel.
