Job summary

TKC Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Field Support Technician to travel to customer sites within the service area and repair proprietary equipment, including kiosks, vending machines, and networking gear. You will be dispatched by the Service Desk and may receive remote support for installations or repairs.

The role emphasizes excellent communication, strong hardware skills, and the ability to learn new equipment as offerings evolve. Travel within territory and occasional training are expected.

Qualifications

• AA/AS degree or 6 months+ related experience; or equivalent combo of education/experience.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business materials and technical procedures.
• Ability to write reports, correspondence, and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Repair kiosks, PCs, vending machines, networking gear and other IT equipment at customer sites.
• Diagnose, test, repair, and replace hardware; coordinate with Service Desk for dispatch.
• Document work in Work Order system with travel time and resolutions.
• Travel within service area using company vehicle; participate in training as needed.
• Develop good working relationships with facility personnel and customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
