Job summary

We are seeking a Field Support Technician to travel to customer sites, repair kiosks, PCs, vending and networking gear, and support service desks with diagnostics.

Requires strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to work in correctional facilities.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or 6–12 months related experience.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret business material and tech procedures.
• Ability to write reports and present information to groups.
• Strong problem-solving and math concept skills required.
• Must have T-1 and analog circuit repair knowledge; strong network diagnostics knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, test, repair and replace kiosks, PCs, vending and networking equipment in correctional facilities.
• Coordinate with Service Desk and regional staff; perform preventative maintenance.
• Travel to customer locations using company vehicle; update Work Orders with details.
• Learn new equipment quickly as product offerings evolve; participate in training.
• Travel to Saint Louis for hands-on training as needed.
