Job summary

Dashiell Corporation is seeking a Field Supervisor to lead multiple field testing, commissioning, and maintenance projects from our Sulphur, LA office. You will manage schedules, budgets, and revenue while ensuring quality, safety, and client satisfaction across concurrent engagements.

The role involves hands-on electrical testing as needed and requires extensive travel, supervision of field crews, and collaboration with Project Managers and Engineering to resolve issues and maintain momentum.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, or a related technical field; equivalent field experience may be considered in lieu of a degree (2 years for Associate’s, 4 years for Bachelor’s).
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in high-voltage electrical testing and commissioning, with supervisory and project management capability.
• Comprehensive knowledge of electrical testing and commissioning including protective relay testing, power apparatus testing, circuit breaker testing, cable testing, station auxiliary systems, and full system commissioning.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with accountability for scope, schedule, budget, and revenue performance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage execution of multiple concurrent Field Service projects, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality adherence.
• Maintain accountability for revenue and profitability on assigned projects; monitor financials and take corrective action to protect margins.
• Plan and allocate field crew resources, equipment, and materials across projects to optimize productivity and meet client schedules.
• Represent the company in meetings with clients, ensuring professional communication and client satisfaction at a program level.
• Provide technical direction, training, and performance feedback to field staff; support hiring decisions and workforce development.
• Enforce safety, quality, and operational standards on assigned projects.
