Job summary

Dashiell, a leading provider of technical and construction services for critical electric infrastructure, seeks a Field Supervisor based in Gonzales, LA. You will oversee multi‑project field testing, commissioning, and maintenance operations, including hands‑on electrical testing as needed, while targeting project schedules, budgets, and revenue goals.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in high‑voltage electrical testing and commissioning, with supervisory/project management capability.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with accountability for scope, schedule, budget, and revenue.
• Thorough knowledge of safety regulations including NFPA 70E and OSHA standards.
• Willingness to travel extensively and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass a pre‑employment background check and drug screen.
• TWIC card or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the execution of multiple concurrent Field Service projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
• Maintain accountability for revenue and profitability on assigned projects; monitor project financials and take corrective action to protect margins.
• Plan and allocate field crew resources, equipment, and materials across projects to optimize productivity and meet client schedules.
• Represent the company and the Field Services department in meetings with clients, ensuring professional communication and client satisfaction at a program level.
• Provide technical direction, training, and performance feedback to field staff; support hiring decisions and workforce development.
• Enforce corporate policies and procedures on assigned projects, including safety, quality, and operational standards.
• Review test reports, commissioning documentation, and quality deliverables produced by field crews.
• Perform electrical testing and commissioning activities as required, including protective relay testing and power apparatus testing.
