Dashiell Corporation, an operating unit of Quanta Services, seeks a Field Supervisor to oversee multi-project field testing, commissioning, and maintenance in Gonzales, LA. You will manage schedules, budgets, and revenue targets while ensuring safety, quality, and client satisfaction.

Based in Gonzales, you will lead field crews, coordinate with Project Managers and Engineering, and provide technical direction and mentorship across the Field Services organization.

Formación

• Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in high-voltage electrical testing and commissioning, with supervisory and project management capability.
• Strong knowledge of practical testing and commissioning across protective relay testing, power apparatus testing, circuit breakers, cables, and station auxiliary systems.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with accountability for scope, schedule, budget, and revenue performance.
• Ability to read and interpret complex electrical drawings, schematics, one-line and three-line diagrams, and protection schemes.
• Willingness to travel extensively, pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen, and possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and manage the execution of multiple concurrent Field Service projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
• Maintain accountability for revenue and profitability on assigned projects; monitor project financials and take corrective action to protect margins.
• Plan and allocate field crew resources, equipment, and materials across projects to optimize productivity and meet client schedules.
• Represent the company and the Field Services department in meetings with clients, ensuring professional communication and client satisfaction.
• Provide technical direction, training, and performance feedback to field staff; support hiring decisions and workforce development.
• Enforce safety, quality, and operational standards and review test reports, commissioning documentation, and quality deliverables.
