Job summary

Dashiell, based in Albuquerque, NM, seeks a Field Supervisor to lead multi‑project field testing, commissioning, and maintenance. You will manage schedules, budgets, and revenue while ensuring safety, quality, and client satisfaction across concurrent engagements.

The role may involve hands‑on testing and provides leadership across the Field Services team, reporting to the VP of Field Services. Travel and on‑site presence are required.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive HV electrical testing and commissioning experience.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and budgets.
• Strong leadership and field staff development skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clients.

Responsibilities

• Supervise multiple Field Service projects ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Oversee testing and commissioning of high‑voltage equipment and protection systems.
• Manage project financials, margins, and revenue performance.
• Coordinate resources, crews, and subcontractors to meet client schedules.
• Provide technical direction, training, and performance feedback.
