Job summary

Dashiell, an operating unit of Quanta Services, is seeking a Field Supervisor to lead multi‑project field testing, commissioning, and maintenance for high‑voltage electrical infrastructure at the West Monroe, LA office. The role reports to the VP of Field Services and requires hands‑on testing alongside supervisory duties.

The ideal candidate will have a technical Electrical Engineering background, 7+ years’ HV testing experience, and strong leadership with a focus on safety, quality, and client

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, or related technical field; equivalent field experience may be considered.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in high-voltage electrical testing and commissioning with supervisory/project management.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage multiple concurrent Field Service projects, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
• Maintain accountability for revenue and profitability on assigned projects; monitor project financials and take corrective action to protect margins.
• Plan and allocate field crew resources, equipment, and materials across projects to optimize productivity and meet client schedules.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineering, and clients to resolve technical issues and maintain project momentum.
• Direct and oversee testing and commissioning of power apparatus including transformers, breakers, and switchgear.
