Job summary

Dashiell, an operating unit of Quanta Services, seeks a Field Supervisor to oversee multi‑project field testing, commissioning, and maintenance operations from the West Monroe, LA office. You will manage schedules, budgets, and revenue targets while ensuring safety, quality, and client satisfaction across concurrent engagements.

The role requires hands‑on electrical testing, leadership of field staff, and collaboration with Project Managers and Engineering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (or equivalent field experience).
• Minimum 7 years of progressive high‑voltage testing and commissioning experience with supervisory exposure.
• Strong knowledge of protective relay, power apparatus, circuit breaker, and cable testing and full system commissioning.
• Experience managing multiple projects with scope, schedule, budget, and revenue accountability.
• Proven ability to lead field crews, resource planning, and workforce development.
• Familiarity with project financials, including revenue recognition and margins.
• Ability to read complex electrical diagrams and provide technical direction.

Responsibilities

• Supervise multiple concurrent Field Service projects ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality adherence.
• Manage project revenue and profitability; monitor financials and take corrective actions.
• Plan and allocate field crew resources, equipment, and materials to meet schedules.
• Represent company in client meetings; ensure professional communication and satisfaction at a program level.
• Provide technical direction, training, and performance feedback to field staff; support hiring decisions.
