Job summary

Dashiell Corporation, a Quanta Services unit, seeks a Field Supervisor to lead and oversight field testing, commissioning, and maintenance for multiple projects from Albuquerque, NM. You will manage schedules, budgets, and client satisfaction while performing hands-on testing as needed.

The role requires 7+ years in high-voltage testing/commissioning, supervisory experience, strong safety leadership, and travel readiness. Report to VP Field Services and ensure quality across engagements.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, or related field; 2 years for Associate, 4 years for Bachelor.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in high-voltage electrical testing and commissioning, with supervisory/project management capability.
• Ability to travel extensively; pass pre-employment background check and drug screen; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple concurrent Field Service projects, ensuring scope, schedule, budget and quality.
• Monitor and protect project revenue and margins.
• Plan field crew resources, equipment, and materials across projects.
• Represent the company in client meetings, ensuring satisfaction and alignment.
• Provide direction, training, and performance feedback to field staff.
• Review test reports and commissioning documentation for quality.
