Job summary

Dashiell Corporation in Port Arthur, TX is seeking a Field Supervisor who will lead multiple field testing, commissioning, and maintenance engagements. You will oversee schedules, budgets, safety, and client satisfaction, with hands-on testing as needed, reporting to the VP, Field Services.

Based at 930 S Business Park Dr Port Arthur, TX 77640, you will manage field crews, review test reports, coordinate with engineering and clients, and ensure high-quality delivery across concurrent projects.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; equivalent field experience may be considered.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in high-voltage electrical testing and commissioning with supervisory and PM capability.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and protection schemes; perform technical reviews.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with scope, schedule, budget, and revenue responsibilities.
• Willingness to travel extensively and pass pre-employment checks.

Responsibilities

• Supervise multiple concurrent Field Service projects, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality adherence.
• Manage revenue and profitability; monitor financials and take corrective action to protect margins.
• Plan and allocate field crew resources, equipment, and materials across projects.
• Provide technical direction and performance feedback to field staff; support hiring decisions.
• Review test reports and commissioning documentation, and ensure QA/QC standards are met.
• Perform electrical testing and commissioning activities as needed; oversee testing of power apparatus and station auxiliary systems.
