Job summary

Dashiell Corporation in Abilene, TX seeks a Field Supervisor to oversee multiple field testing, commissioning, and maintenance engagements. You will manage schedules, budgets, safety, quality, and client satisfaction while guiding hands‑on electrical testing as needed.

Reporting to the Vice President of Field Services, you will coordinate with Project Managers and clients, supervise field crews, review test reports, and ensure compliance with NFPA 70E and OSHA standards. Travel is extensive.

Qualifications

• Requires Associate’s or Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, or related field.
• 7+ years in high‑voltage electrical testing/commissioning with supervisory experience.
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects, schedules, budgets, and revenue.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage concurrent field service projects to meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Monitor project financials and protect margins.
• Lead safety briefings, JSA, and ensure compliance with NFPA 70E/OSHA.
