Job summary

Dashiell, an operating unit of Quanta Services, is seeking a Field Supervisor based in Sulphur, LA. You will oversee field testing, commissioning, and maintenance across multiple concurrent projects, ensuring safety, quality, and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in high-voltage electrical testing and commissioning.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with scope, schedule, budget, and revenue responsibility.
• Experience in field crew management and resource planning.
• Strong knowledge of safety and health regulations (NFPA 70E, OSHA).

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage concurrent Field Service projects, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Monitor project financials and protect margins; implement corrective actions as needed.
• Plan and allocate field crew resources, equipment, and materials across projects.
• Provide technical direction and training to field staff; support hiring decisions.
• Direct testing and commissioning of power apparatus including transformers and switchgear.
• Maintain QA/QC across testing deliverables and client specifications.
