Qualifications

• Ability to work in difficult environments (e.g. corrections).

Responsibilities

• Travel to facilities to maintain, repair and resolve issues on company products, features and equipment.
• Set up and maintain tablets for users.
• Repair phones, kiosks, video terminals, WAPs, tablets in correctional facilities within the assigned area.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for tablets.
• Ensure security measures to prevent misuse of tablets.
• Assist with software updates and installations on tablets.
• Manage user accounts and access permissions on tablets.
• Coordinate tablet usage schedules with staff and dispatchers.
• Train incarcerated individuals on proper tablet use.
• Maintain inventory and manage assets across multiple sites.
• Communicate ETA to dispatchers and receive work assignments.
• Troubleshoot when standard procedures fail and escalate appropriately.
