The Field Service Technician I at Aventiv Technologies travels to facilities across the Marlin, TX area to maintain and repair tablets, phones, kiosks, and video terminals. This role supports on-site, hybrid, or roving service, providing technical and administrative assistance to customers and ensuring devices are fully utilized and secure.

You will set up devices, perform troubleshooting, assist with software updates, manage user access, train staff, and coordinate with dispatchers to schedule

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with Windows OS and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in challenging environments such as corrections.

Responsabilités

• Travel to facilities to maintain/repair tablets, phones, kiosks and video terminals.
• Set up devices, troubleshoot issues and perform software updates.
• Assist with user accounts, access permissions and training of staff.
• Coordinate with dispatchers for ETA and manage inventory.
