Special Order Systems Inc. is seeking a Field Service Technician I to travel to multiple facilities, diagnose and repair tablets, phones, kiosks, and video terminals. You will set up devices, manage user accounts, and ensure security policies are followed to support our customers.

You will also train users, coordinate with dispatch, and maintain inventory across sites, including in correctional environments. The role requires hands-on repairs and travel commitment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in field service or tech repair preferred.
• Ability to work in corrections environments.
• Comfort with Windows OS and Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to travel to multiple facilities.

Responsabilités

• Travel to facilities to install and repair tablets, phones, kiosks, and video terminals.
• Set up and manage user accounts on tablets and ensure security.
• Provide frontline technical support and troubleshooting.
• Maintain inventory and equipment across sites.
• Train end users and coordinate with dispatchers.
