Aventiv Technologies is seeking a Field Service Technician I to travel to correctional facilities and maintain company tablets, phones, kiosks, and related devices. You will provide hands-on repairs, setup tablets for users, and coordinate with dispatch for assignments.

The role supports software updates, user account management, and ensuring security; you will train incarcerated individuals on proper tablet use and maintain inventory across sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience with Windows OS and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in corrections environments.
• Strong multitasking and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Travel to facilities to maintain and repair company products and equipment.
• Set up and maintain tablets for users.
• Repair tablets, phones, kiosks, WAPs, and related devices within facilities.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot tablet issues.
• Assist with software updates and installations on tablets.
• Operate inventory control and return damaged or extra inventory.
