Job summary

Aventiv is seeking a Field Service Technician I to travel to facilities, maintain and repair tablets and related equipment, and provide on-site or roving support. You will set up devices, troubleshoot issues, and train users including incarcerated individuals to maximize tablet usage and security.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Travel to facilities to maintain and repair company products.
• Set up and maintain tablets for users.
• Repair equipment (phones, kiosks, tablets) in facilities.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for tablets.
• Manage user accounts and inventory across sites.
• Train incarcerated individuals on tablet use.
• Coordinate with dispatchers for assignments and ETA.
• Maintain inventory and assets.
• Follow field service standards and company policies.
