Job summary

Aventiv Technologies in Texas seeks a Field Service Technician I to travel to facilities, maintain and repair company products including tablets, kiosks and video terminals. This role can be onsite, hybrid or roving, providing technical and administrative support to customers and ensuring tablets are fully utilized.

You will set up tablets for users, troubleshoot issues, manage user accounts, coordinate with dispatchers, and train incarcerated individuals on proper tablet use while maintaining

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience with Windows OS and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in difficult environments e.g. corrections.

Responsibilities

• Travel to facilities to maintain, repair and resolve issues on company products.
• Set up and maintain tablets for users.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for tablets.
• Train incarcerated individuals on using tablets responsibly.
• Manage inventory and coordinate with dispatchers for assignments.
