Job summary

Aventiv is hiring a Field Service Technician I to travel to facilities, maintaining and repairing company products, and providing on-site, hybrid or roving support. You will configure tablets, troubleshoot devices, and ensure secure use within facilities.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in difficult environments e.g. corrections.
• Experience working with Windows OS and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Travel to facilities to maintain, repair and resolve issues on company products and equipment.
• Set up and maintain tablets for users.
• Repair phones, kiosks, video terminals, WAPs, tablets within facilities.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for tablets.
• Maintain inventory and assets across sites.
• Coordinate with dispatchers for work assignments and ETA.
• Train incarcerated individuals on tablet usage.
