MasTec Renewables is seeking a Field Quality Manager to lead onsite quality for renewable projects across the United States. You will manage the Site-Specific Quality Plan, mentor QA/QC inspectors, and coordinate field inspections with the project schedule.

The role requires strong knowledge of quality systems, the ability to interpret plans, and leadership to drive continuous improvement on site. Expect extensive travel and a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in quality, industrial technology, engineering, construction, welding, or related technical field.
• Two years of quality experience in construction or operations; experience with civil, electrical, or mechanical activities preferred.
• Trade certifications in testing, inspecting, etc. preferred.

Responsabilités

• Promote and comply with all safety policies and procedures.
• Manage the Site-Specific Quality Plan and ensure product/service quality.
• Read and understand plans and specifications; visualize drawings in 3D.
• Develop understanding of contract plans and specifications for work.
• Inspect field conditions and identify issues and corrective actions.
