Job summary

MasTec Renewables is seeking a Field Engineer to travel across the US on wind and solar projects. You will inspect construction activities, verify alignment with blueprints, and maintain QA/QC documentation. This role offers per diem, a monthly vehicle allowance, and rotation-home travel.

Depending on project, compensation ranges from $65k to $90k per year with growth potential and advanced safety and QA responsibilities. Relocation or site experience preferred.

Qualifications

• SWPPP inspector program certification or ability to obtain certification.
• Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical procedures.
• Strong documentation and daily reporting skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and construction management software.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety and enforce company safety policies.
• Inspect quality of work on wind/solar projects and verify conformance to design documents.
• Prepare Daily Reports and manage QA/QC data.
• Collaborate with site management to ensure QA/QC compliance.
