Job summary

Turner Construction Company seeks a full-time traveling energy and facilities leader to oversee comprehensive energy management on sophisticated projects across the Advanced Technology segment, including Data Centers and EV/renewables. The role requires directing safety-critical tasks, directing teams, and ensuring compliance with LOTO and NFPA codes.

You will manage permits, lead investigations, mentor staff, and coordinate with subcontractors to deliver safe, compliant energy systems on site

Qualifications

• 15+ years of electrical trades experience or equivalent
• Extensive knowledge of LOTO, NFPA codes, and 70E
• Advanced knowledge of MEP systems and ability to interpret complex drawings
• Ability to interpret contract documents, owner requirements, drawings, specs, and schedules

Responsibilities

• Oversee energy management on construction projects including electrical, mechanical, chemical, and thermal systems
• Review and approve complex energy-related permits and ensure thorough stakeholder collaboration
• Lead root cause analyses for incidents and support dispute resolution with subcontractors and leadership
• Oversee subcontractor development and verify LOTO compliance and site safety procedures
• Develop and deliver electrical safety training and ensure proper startup/commissioning processes at projects
