Job summary

Turner Construction Company seeks an experienced EH&S lead for a full-time traveling assignment on a major Advanced Technology project, spanning data centers and related segments. You will enforce site safety programs, train teams on safe work practices, and drive incident reduction with regulatory adherence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Engineering, or related field and 4+ years of construction safety experience.
• CHST certification required or within 2 years of appointment.
• Completed OSHA 30-hour training with current First Aid/CPR/BBP/AED certifications.
• Knowledge of Federal, State, and local EH&S regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct, and enforce EH&S on a single construction project per HQ policy.
• Develop training and educate project teams on safe work practices and environmental controls.
• Assess exposures, mitigate risks, and drive safety improvements on site.
• Communicate requirements for performance improvements to project leadership and teams.
• Conduct safety audits, log-keeping, and incident reviews, and manage corrective actions.
• Collaborate with project leadership to generate safety reports and metrics.
