Job summary

Turner Construction Company is seeking a seasoned Project Manager for a full-time traveling assignment supporting Data Center and EV projects across the United States. The role reports to the Global Critical Facilities (TECH) vertical and leads day-to-day management of projects.

You will build high-performance teams, manage budgets, QA/QC, risk, and contracts, foster client relationships, and ensure safety and compliance on site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus ten years of related experience or equivalent combination.
• Strong knowledge of construction cost, scheduling, estimating, purchasing, and engineering principles.
• Proven written and verbal communication abilities with proficiency in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of high-performance teams through supervision, training, coaching, and mentoring.
• Manage and develop assigned staff toward maximum job performance and career potential.
• Develop and improve client relationships, fostering trusted-advisor status.
• Understand and administer Turner's contract and subcontract agreements.
• Provide leadership to influence change and promote community involvement.
• Establish, update, and communicate the Master Project Schedule and manage its implementation.
• Manage budget and financial reporting; interpret reports to ensure budget adherence.
• Oversee QA/QC program and safety protocols on site.
• Drive risk evaluation, contract negotiations, and pricing decisions.
