Job summary

The Reynolds and Reynolds Company is seeking a Training Specialist to help customers adopt our software and provide ongoing support throughout the conversion process. You will travel approximately 80% of the time to install and tailor the system at dealerships, and when not on site, you will support customers from your home office and prepare for upcoming trips.

Training lasts about 2–3 months with classroom, observations, and on-the-job mentoring, giving you exposure to real-world dealership

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to travel 80% of the time.
• Outgoing, friendly personality.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Reliable home internet with sufficient bandwidth for video conferencing.

Responsibilities

• Travel to dealerships for installation and conversion of our software.
• Customize the system and train dealership personnel.
• Support current customers from home when not on site.
• Prepare for future trips and conduct post-install follow-ups.
