Job summary

The Reynolds and Reynolds Company is seeking a Training Specialist to connect customers to our software during conversions and provide training and ongoing support.

You will travel about 80% of the time to install and customize the system at dealerships, then train key personnel and follow up from your home office when not on site.

Training lasts 2–3 months with mentorship and hands-on product instruction, with opportunities to visit dealerships and observe solutions in action.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to travel 80% of the time.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer sites ~80% to install and convert software.
• Customize the system and train dealership personnel.
• Support existing customers from home office when not traveling.
• Prepare for future trips and conduct follow-ups with customers.
