Job summary

The Reynolds and Reynolds Company is seeking a Training professional to assist customers with adopting our software and to provide training and support during the conversion process.

You will travel about 80% to install and customize the system at dealerships, then support customers from your home office when not on site, and you will train dealership personnel on how to use the solution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to travel 80% of the time.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license with limited violations.
• Reliable home internet with sufficient bandwidth for video conferencing.

Responsibilities

• Travel ~80% to install and convert software at dealerships.
• Customize the Reynolds system and train dealership personnel.
• Provide training and customer support throughout the process.
• Support current customers from home office when not on site.
• Conduct follow-ups with recently installed customers.
