Job summary

Reynolds and Reynolds is seeking a Training Specialist to help customers migrate to our software and provide comprehensive training and support throughout the process.

You will travel about 80% of the time, visiting car dealerships to understand needs, customize the system, and train key personnel on effective usage. When not on site, you will support existing customers and prepare for future deployments from your home office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel approximately 80% of the time.
• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer sites to install and convert software.
• Provide training and support to dealership personnel.
• Customize the system based on dealership needs and document sessions.
• Support existing customers from home office when not travelling.
