Job summary

The Reynolds and Reynolds Company is seeking a Training Specialist to help customers smoothly convert to our software and provide training and ongoing support throughout the implementation.

This role requires travel about 80% of the time to dealership locations, delivering on-site training, customizing the system to meet needs, and supporting customers from the home office when not traveling. Training lasts 2–3 months with mentorship, including product and dealership operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Ability to travel 80% of the time.
• Outgoing, friendly personality with strong written and verbal communication.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license with clean record.
• Reliable home internet with sufficient bandwidth for video conferencing.

Responsibilities

• Travel 80% to install and convert software for customers, individually and with a team.
• Customize the system to meet dealership needs and train key personnel.
• Support current customers and prepare for future trips from home office.
• Assist with ongoing customer set-up and implementation after initial training.
