Job summary

The Reynolds and Reynolds Company is seeking a Training Specialist to connect customers with our software, ensure a smooth conversion, and provide ongoing training and support. You will travel about 80% to install and customize the system for dealerships, then support customers remotely when not on-site.

Training lasts 2-3 months with classroom and on-the-job instruction, focusing on one area of the software and working with seasoned representatives to ensure customer success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to travel 80% of the time.
• Outgoing, friendly personality.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license with limited moving violations.

Responsibilities

• Travel ~80% of the time to install and convert software at dealerships.
• Customize the system based on dealership needs and train key personnel.
• Provide training and customer support during the conversion process.
• Support current customers from home office when not on-site; prepare for future trips.
