Job summary

The Reynolds and Reynolds Company is seeking a training-focused specialist to help customers smoothly convert to our software, provide training, and deliver ongoing support. You will travel approximately 80% of the time to dealerships, customize the system, and train staff on effective usage.

When not on-site, you will support existing customers from your home office, prepare for upcoming trips, and follow up on installations to ensure satisfaction and adoption of the Reynolds solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to travel 80% of the time.
• Outgoing, friendly personality.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Travel to dealerships and install/convert software solutions for customers.
• Customize the system based on dealership needs and train key personnel.
• Support current customers and prepare for future trips from home office.
• Conduct follow-ups with recently installed customers.
