Job summary

The Reynolds and Reynolds Company is seeking a Training Specialist to help customers smoothly adopt our software. This role requires traveling approximately 80% of the time to install and convert software for dealerships and train key personnel on using the solution.

When not traveling, you will support existing customers from your home office, prepare for upcoming trips, and conduct follow-ups after installations, ensuring successful deployments and ongoing customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to travel 80% of the time.
• Outgoing, friendly personality.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Must have reliable home internet with sufficient bandwidth for video conferencing.

Responsibilities

• Travel to dealership sites to install and convert software for customers.
• Meet with dealership management to understand needs and customize the system.
• Train key dealership personnel on how to use the solution.
