Job summary

The Reynolds and Reynolds Company is seeking a Training specialist to connect customers with our software, driving smooth conversions and ongoing support. You will travel about 80% of the time to install and customize the system for dealerships and train key personnel.

When not on site, you will support existing customers from your home office, prepare for upcoming trips, and conduct follow-ups to ensure successful implementations. Training lasts 2–3 months.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to travel 80% of the time.
• Outgoing, friendly personality.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Must have reliable home internet with sufficient bandwidth for video conferencing.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer sites to install and convert software for dealerships.
• Provide training and customer support throughout the conversion process.
• Customize the system based on dealership needs and train key personnel.
• Support current customers from home office when not onsite, and prepare for future trips.
• Engage with dealership management to understand requirements and ensure success.
