Job summary

The Reynolds and Reynolds Company is seeking a Training Specialist to help customers convert to our software and deliver comprehensive training and support throughout the implementation process. You will travel extensively, presenting to dealership management and tailoring the system to meet each dealership’s needs.

When not onsite, you will support existing customers from your home office, prepare for upcoming trips, and conduct follow-ups with recently installed customers to ensure successful

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to travel 80% of the time.
• Outgoing, friendly personality.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have reliable transportation with a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Reliable home internet with sufficient bandwidth for video conferencing.

Responsibilities

• Help customers convert to Reynolds and Reynolds software and provide training and support.
• Travel to dealerships (about 80%) to install, configure and customize the system.
• Meet with dealership management to understand needs and tailor the solution.
• Provide ongoing support from home office when not on-site and prepare for future trips.
