The Reynolds and Reynolds Company is seeking a Training Specialist to help customers transition to our software and provide training and support during the implementation.

The role involves traveling up to 80% to install and customize the system at dealership sites, then supporting customers from home, with a structured 2-3 month training period and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to travel 80% of the time.
• Outgoing, friendly personality.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license, with limited violations in the last years and no major incidents.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in converting to Reynolds and Reynolds software and provide training and support throughout the process.
• Travel to dealership sites (approximately 80%) to install, customize, and train key personnel.
• Train dealership personnel on how to use the solution and tailor the system to meet dealership needs.
• Support current customers from home office when not onsite and prepare for upcoming trips.
