Job summary

The Reynolds and Reynolds Company seeks a Training Specialist to help customers transition to our software solutions. You will travel roughly 80% of the time to install, configure, and train dealership staff on the Reynolds system, tailoring the setup to each site.

When not on the road, you will support existing customers from your home office, prepare for upcoming trips, and follow up on deployments to ensure a smooth adoption process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to travel 80% of the time.
• Outgoing, friendly personality.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Reliable home internet for video conferencing.

Responsibilities

• Travel to dealerships to install and convert software and train staff.
• Customize system configurations to dealership needs.
• Provide on-site and remote customer support during and after deployments.
• Prepare for future trips and conduct follow-ups with customers from home office.
