Job summary

Reynolds and Reynolds is seeking a Training Specialist to help customers convert to the Reynolds and Reynolds system and to provide training and ongoing support throughout the process.

You will travel approximately 80% of the time to install and convert software at dealership sites, and when not traveling you will support customers from your home office, preparing for future trips and following up on installations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Ability to travel 80% of the time
• Outgoing, friendly personality
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Must have reliable transportation as well as a valid driver’s license
• Must have reliable home internet with sufficient bandwidth for video conferencing

Responsibilities

• Travel to dealership sites to install and convert software
• Meet with dealership management to assess needs and tailor the system
• Customize the system and train key dealership personnel
• Provide ongoing support to existing customers from home office
• Prepare for future trips and conduct follow-ups after installations
