Job summary

The Reynolds and Reynolds Company in Dallas is seeking a Training Specialist to help customers smoothly transition to our software. You will travel roughly 80% of the time to install and convert systems at dealerships, meeting management to tailor the solution to their needs.

When not onsite, you will support existing customers from your home office, prepare for upcoming trips, and conduct follow-ups after installation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to travel 80% of the time.
• Outgoing, friendly personality.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Travel to dealerships to install and convert software.
• Train key dealership personnel on the Reynolds software.
• Support current customers from home office when not onsite.
• Prepare for trips and follow up with recently installed customers.
