Job summary

The Reynolds and Reynolds Company is seeking aTraining Specialist to help our customers smoothly convert to the Reynolds and Reynolds system. You will deliver training and ongoing support throughout the process, with about 80% travel to dealership sites.

When not traveling, you will support existing customers from your home office, prepare for upcoming trips, and conduct follow-ups with recently installed customers. The role offers growth through hands-on coaching.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to travel 80% of the time.
• Outgoing, friendly personality.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Reliable home internet with sufficient bandwidth for video conferencing.

Responsibilities

• Deliver product training to dealership personnel and customers.
• Customize the Reynolds system based on dealership needs.
• Train key dealership personnel on how to use the solution.
• Support current customers from home office when not traveling.
• Travel to customer sites for installations and conversions (~80%).
• Work with a mentor during training to learn the process.
