Job summary

The Reynolds and Reynolds Company is seeking a Training Specialist to guide customers through the conversion to our software and train dealership staff on usage and best practices. You will travel about 80% to install and customize the solution at customer sites, meeting with dealership management to tailor the system to their needs.

When not on-site, you will support current customers from your home office, prepare for upcoming trips, and conduct post-install follow-ups.

Qualifications

• Willingness to travel 80% of the time.
• Ability to adapt training to dealership needs.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer sites to install and convert software (~80%).
