Job summary

Reynolds and Reynolds seeks a Training Specialist to connect customers with our software, enabling a smooth conversion process and robust training and support throughout. You will travel about 80% of the time, meeting dealership management to tailor the solution and train staff on usage.

When not on-site, you’ll support existing customers from your home office. During a 2–3 month training period, you’ll learn product details and dealership operations, with mentorship and classroom instruction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to travel 80% of the time.
• Outgoing, friendly personality.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have reliable transportation as well as a valid driver’s license with few moving violations.
• Must have reliable home internet with sufficient bandwidth for video conferencing.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer sites to install and convert Reynolds and Reynolds software (~80%).
• Meet dealership management to assess needs and customize the system.
• Train key dealership personnel and provide ongoing customer support.
• Support current customers from home office when not on site.
• Prepare for future trips and conduct follow-ups with recently installed customers.
